“This is my first time receiving a CBT session. Looking back the 1st session where my life was falling apart and I have nowhere to go and no one to talk to about my struggles in life, I found the CBT sessions very comforting, it helped me heal and being able to process my thoughts. It helped me being conscious on how I react at things and being mindful of my thoughts before I say anything. I couldn’t ask for more as now that the session has come to an end, I saw the difference of the old me and the new me. I love it! It started to build my confidence in myself again and I have all the resources provided by my therapist so whenever there will be relapse or something, I can use it as a reference.
